Construction of Boundary Wall Tehsil Road Nursery Haripur and Processing Unit Hazara Kohistan

The Non Timber Forest Products Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites bids through the E-PAD system for important construction works under the ADP projects titled 'Conservation and Value Chain Development of Local Honey Bees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa' and 'Diversifying Livelihood Opportunities Through Value Chain Development of High Values Chilghoza Pine Forest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa'. The procurement is based in Peshawar and surrounding areas including Haripur and Hazara Kohistan. Items being procured: - Construction of Boundary Wall Tehsil Road Nursery at Haripur (MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual) - Construction of Processing Unit / Display Center Hazara Kohistan (MRS-2022 2nd Bi-Annual) - Construction of Boundary Wall of Processing Unit Hazara Kohistan (MRS-2022 2nd Bi-Annual) The technical scope includes civil construction of boundary walls and processing/display units at specified locations. The contractor must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-2027, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN. A 2% call deposit as earnest money is required in original form. The work will commence immediately after issuance of work order and signing of agreement. All testing material costs from the laboratory will be borne by the contractor as per engineer advice. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS on or before 14th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with hard copies delivered to the office of the Director Non Timber Forest Products Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Forest Department Shami Road, Peshawar. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPRA rules.
