Tender Description
HBFC invites sealed bids from well reputed PEC registered contractors for the construction of approximately 900 running feet boundary wall at HBFC Plot Model Town Extension, Lahore. The scope includes dismantling of existing wall, laying new brick masonry wall with columns, foundation work, and repair and prefixing of the main gate. The contract duration is 30 days from the work order date with penalties for delay.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA EPADS portal along with original bid security in a sealed envelope. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, tax compliance, and no blacklisting. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous technically and financially compliant bidder as per PPRA rules.
