Construction of Boundary Wall and Main Gate at 132KV Grid Station Chak Shahbaz and 132KV D/C T/Line Pasrur Narowal Tower Foundations and Material Shifting

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites bids for two important construction works in Punjab. The first project involves the construction of a boundary wall and main gate at the proposed 132KV Grid Station Chak Shahbaz in District Mandi Bahauddin. The second project covers the construction of tower foundations for the 132KV D/C Transmission Line Pasrur Narowal, including erection of tower type ZM-1+6 meter complete (03 Nos.) and shifting of material from GEPCO warehouse Wazirabad to site. Items being procured: - Construction of Boundary Wall and Main Gate at 132KV Grid Station Chak Shahbaz, District Mandi Bahauddin - Construction of tower foundations Type ZM-1 (03 Nos.) Semi Sub Merged - Erection of tower type ZM-1+6 meter complete (03 Nos.) - Welding of Nut & Bolts - Dismantling of existing tower type ZM-1 (03 Nos.) without stubs The scope includes item rate basis work with a completion period of 120 days for the boundary wall and gate, and 30 days for the transmission line tower foundations and related work. Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2026-27 under CE-10 for the first tender and CE-10 & EE05 for the second. Financial soundness is required with average annual turnover verified by certified auditor and a current bank statement showing 15% balance amount. Experience proof requires submission of at most two valid work orders with cumulative cost equal or more than 100% of BOQ amount along with work completion certificates from the issuing authority within the last five years. Earnest money of 2% of BOQ cost in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory for 120 days. The successful bidder must submit 10% performance security after issuance of LOI. Joint ventures must submit performance security in joint bank account with joint active NTN in FBR & PRA and agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 3000 attested by Notary Public.
