Prequalification for Repair, Maintenance and Term Contract Works at POF Havelian Cantt

Applications are invited from experienced and capable contractors for prequalification to undertake various repair, maintenance, and term contract works at Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Estate Area, Havelian Cantt. This procurement is specifically for contractors who are active taxpayers and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant field. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of single tiling of brick or PCC in roofs of buildings - Rectification of leakage at Officers Club - Rectification of leakage at Guest House and Welfare Club - Rectification of leakage/seepage at Single Men Barracks - Term contract for preventive and special works of buildings - Repair, maintenance, and miscellaneous works of Bungalows No. B-01, C-11, D-38, D-50, D-51, D-77 & D-79 (Flat) The scope includes detailed repair and maintenance works across multiple buildings within the estate area, focusing on roofing, leakage rectification, and general upkeep. Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials including partnership deed or firm registration, affidavit of no blacklisting, active tax payer certificates for income and sales tax, PEC registration, and bank statements for the last two years. Earnest money of 2% of the contract amount is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Manager - Civil POF Havelian. Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms. Completed tenders must be submitted to the Bid Centre (Rabta Hall) by 10:30 AM on 20-10-2026, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. In case of public holiday or emergency, submission and opening will be deferred to the next working day.
