Installation, Testing, Painting and Commissioning of 2-Inch Natural Gas Supply Pipeline for Boiler-1 and Boiler-2 (335 meters)

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the installation, testing, painting, and commissioning of a 2-inch natural gas supply pipeline for Boiler-1 and Boiler-2, spanning approximately 335 meters. This project is located at PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi. Items being procured: - Ball Valve 2" dia LMT EA 3 - Elbow CS 2" dia 90deg LMT EA 4 - Flange SORF MS 2" DIA Class-150 LMT EA 4 - Tee Equal CS 2" dia (B.W) LMT EA 4 - Angle Iron 2" x 2" LMT KG 300.000 - Services for pipeline installation including GI pipe laying per ft FT 1,100 - Making weld joints of Pipes 2" dia EA 56 - Mechanical cleaning & painting M2 70 - Pressurized pneumatic leak testing JOB 1 - Associated civil works JOB 2 (excavation and trench construction for pipeline) - Overall commissioning and start-up of natural gas supply system JOB 1 The scope includes supply and installation of carbon steel pipes and fittings, welding as per API-1104 standards, mechanical cleaning and protective painting with approved epoxy and polyurethane coatings suitable for industrial/coastal environments, leak testing with calibrated equipment, excavation and civil works for underground trenching, and final commissioning and start-up of the gas supply system for both boilers. Contractors must ensure compliance with PSO HSE guidelines, provide qualified supervision, and complete the job within 30 days of service order issuance. Penalties apply for delays beyond the agreed schedule. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR/ATL registration, and experience in similar pipeline installation projects. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per PSO guidelines. The last date for quotation submission is **16 October 2026**.
