Tender Description
Bahria University Head Office Islamabad invites sealed bids for the construction of a boundary wall and watch towers at Bahria University Lahore Campus located in Dream Gardens Lahore. This project is a significant civil works contract aimed at enhancing the security and infrastructure of the university campus. The procurement is managed by Bahria University Islamabad with submission deadlines strictly enforced.
Items being procured:
- Demolishing existing brick boundary wall (25,000 Sft)
- Excavation and backfilling in foundation (36,000 Cft)
- Plain cement concrete (PCC 1:4:8) laying (3,600 Cft)
- RCC 3000 PSI cement concrete for retaining wall, footings, columns, beams (12,000 Cft)
- Steel reinforcement fixing (32,000 Kg)
- Pacca brick work in foundation, plinth and wall (38,000 Cft)
- Masonry work with cement sand mortar (500 Sft)
- Internal and external plaster work up to 15 ft height (72,000 Sft)
- Galvanized razor cut wire fencing (4,300 Rft)
- Weep holes in wall base (380 Rft)
- Electrical conduit installation (380 Rft)
- Precast H columns fixing (90 Rft)
- 3-Phase WAPDA electricity connection (1 job)
- 12-inch dia water bore installation (400 Rft)
- Fabrication and fixing of M.S. gates (650 Sft)
- Repair and re-fixing of existing M.S. gates (2 jobs)
The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all materials and works as per approved specifications and directions of the Engineer. The site is Bahria University Lahore Campus, Dream Gardens Lahore. The contract duration is 120 days with a one-year defect liability period. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C-3 or above, NTN certificate, and five years or more experience in similar projects. Firms must submit bids on the prescribed format with Earnest Money of Rs. 1,875,000 in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/CDR.
The bid submission deadline is 23 July 2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1130 hours the same day at Bahria University Islamabad, Sector E-8. Bids must be submitted via E-PADs with hard copies of uploaded documents and bid security deposited at the DD (Development) office, Bahria University Islamabad. Interested bidders are encouraged to visit the site before submission. The bid document price is Rs. 5,000 non-refundable.
