Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department, C&W Division South Waziristan Lower at Wana invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible firms enlisted with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid renewal for Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is for construction and rehabilitation works in South Waziristan Lower, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Boundary Walls around Minorities Graveyards/Shamshan Ghats and provision of land in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ADP No.54/250099 (2025-26), including construction of boundary wall around Christian Graveyard at Wana South Waziristan Lower
- Construction, Improvement & Rehabilitation of Minority Worship Places in Merged Districts ADP No.75/250103 (2025-26), including repair and renovation of Philadelphia Pentecostal Church at Wana, South Waziristan Lower
The works require firms with PEC category C-6 and above, with specialization code EE11 Solar for road works. A 2% earnest money including stamp duty is required for the first work, while the second work follows the same conditions. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 for works, consulting, and non-consulting services.
Bidding documents and instructions can be downloaded from the C&W website (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). The bid security shall be 2% of the engineer estimate in the form of a Call Deposit in the name of Executive Engineer C&W Division South Waziristan Lower. The submission deadline is 06 October 2026 at 12:00 hours, with opening at 12:30 hours the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division South Waziristan Lower at Wana.
