Bidders must have completed at least 1 similar project with a minimum financial capacity of PKR 172,413,091 and 2 similar projects in the last 5 years with at least 80% similarity and 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. The bidder must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category and specialized code CE02(1) (Bridge Structures). Affidavit regarding blacklisting/debarment is mandatory.
