Construction of BT Road from Akhunddaba Road to Village Malik Noor Muhammad Lalozai Kurak District Sibi

The Provincial B&R District Sibi invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of BT Road from Akhunddaba Road to Village Malik Noor Muhammad Lalozai Kurak in District Sibi. This tender is for the fiscal year 2026 based on the composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road from Akhunddaba Road to Village Malik Noor Muhammad Lalozai Kurak District Sibi The project requires bidders to have active tax payer status, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of Rs. 3,858,207 PKR. Financial capacity must be demonstrated with registration from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 or above with a specialization code CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. The bidder must show a minimum 50% project completion and 30% of the estimated cost in the last five years, with a turnover of at least 70% in the last 3 years. Audit reports for the last three years by ICAP registered firms are required. Bidder must provide a credit line certificate from a scheduled bank estimating 70% of contract price and fresh pay order of Rs. 100/- as affidavit of blacklisting in favor of XEN (Road) CWPP&H District Sibi. An undertaking on Rs. 100 judicial stamp paper stating no litigation with any government or semi-government organization is also required. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% of the bid value must accompany the bid in the form of bank guarantee or deposit call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,000 PKR issuance fee from the date of publication until 26 October 2026 during office hours. Last date of bid submission is 26 October 2026 by 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned.
