Survey and Equipments Works for Deputy Conservator of Forests Mian Recreational Park Quetta

The Deputy Conservator of Forests Mian Recreational Park Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Survey and equipments with estimated cost of Rs. 2,000,000 Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List and registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with turnover of at least Rs. 1,400,000 in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory.
