Construction of BT Road Killi Talha and Drainage of Flood Protection at Killi Ghasbargai, District Qilla Saifullah

The Urban Planning & Development Department Zhob Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date, for the execution of two major works in District Qilla Saifullah. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road Killi Talha District Qilla Saifullah (PSDP No. 5518) with an estimated cost of Rs. 15,000,000/- - Drainage of Flood Protection at Killi Ghasbargai, District Qilla Saifullah (PSDP No. 5514) with an estimated cost of Rs. 20,000,000/- The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, amended to date. Basic eligibility requires firms to have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), duly renewed and valid up to the date, specifically in Category C-6 or above, and relevant specialization codes. Firms must also be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A minimum of three assignments of similar nature must have been completed. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 3% of the bid amount from a scheduled bank. The method of procurement is Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website at www.bppra.org.pk. Tender processing fees of Rs. 2000/- plus Rs. 2500/- must be deposited in the government treasury under account C-03870 through the Green Challan Form at the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The last date for bid submission is 10 September 2026 by 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM in the office of the Director (Works) Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. The bid validity period is ninety (90) days. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all eligibility documents, especially PEC registration and tax documents, are up to date and included with the bid security to avoid disqualification.
