Construction of BT Road and Link Roads in Pishin District

The Communication Department (Roads) Pishin invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms who can prove their eligibility and qualification as per the bidding documents for multiple road construction works in Pishin District, Balochistan. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Rules 2014 and Pakistan Engineering Council By-Laws. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road Killi Regi Tehsil Pishin 2 KM (BSDI Phase III) - Construction of 2 KM BT Road from Girls Degree College passing through Judicial Complex to Main Khanozai Road (BSDI Phase III) - Construction of 1 KM Road for Bypass Killi Salezai Khanozai (BSDI Phase III) - Construction of 1 KM BT Road A/W Street Light in Killi Lamran District Pishin (BSDI Phase III) - Construction of BT Road Link Road in Killi Balla Shinughri Tehsil Huramzai District Pishin - Construction of BT Road Link Road in Killi Hajan Shakrazai Tehsil Huramzai District Pishin - Construction of BT Road at Muhala Amanullah Tall Tehsil Pishin PSDP No. 1329/72026.1345 The works involve civil construction of roads and link roads in various locations within Pishin District. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in category 6 and relevant discipline, along with NTN, sales tax registration, and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration where applicable. Earnest Money of 3% in shape of Call Deposit is required. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with submission of Call Deposit and Challan along with the Technical Proposal. Bidders can obtain bidding documents from the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads) CWPP&H Department District Pishin upon payment of the tender fee. The deadline for submission of bids is 21st August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call Deposit. No Bank Drafts or Banker Checks will be accepted.
