Construction of BT Road, Sewerage Line, Tuff Tile and Street Lights at Habib Noorzai Quetta and Local Bore with Solar Panel at Wajid Khan Kuchlak Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors or firms for important civil works in Quetta city. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road, Sewerage Line, Tuff Tile and Street Lights at Habib Noorzai Quetta (PSDP #5591) - Local Bore with Solar Panel at Wajid Khan S/O Muhammad Naeem Killi Kateer Kuchlak Quetta (PSDP No. 5426) The procurement will be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 amended up to date. Basic eligibility requires firms to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and relevant specialized code. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer list (ATL) registration with income tax and sales tax departments. Turnover for the last three years is required. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee of 2% from a scheduled bank. The tender processing fee of Rs. 1500/- must be deposited in government treasury under account C-03870 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road Quetta. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 am at the same office. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
