Construction of BT Roads and Internal Roads with Sewerage System in District Sibi

The CW, PP&H Department District Sevi invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of multiple construction works for the fiscal year 2026-27 based on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2026 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of BT Road from Sultan Kot to Kohlu Tehsil & District Sibi (Phase-I) from 8.90 to 28.90 KM PSDP No. 1194 (Z2026.0176) - Construction of BT Road from Bakhra Road to Village Khan Bahadur Khan Marghzani & Killi Abro Tehsil & District Sibi PSDP No. 1317 Z2026.0857 - Construction of BT Road from Main Sultan Kot Road to Village Babuqadir and M Jan Rind Tehsil & District Sibi PSDP No:1314 Z2026.0853 - Construction of BT Road Relo Gulab Tehsil Lehri District Sibi PSDP No: 1319/Z2026.0859 - Construction of BT Road Dehpal Village to Airport Road and Side Drain Sibi District Sibi PSDP No.1463/Z2026.3602 - Construction of Internal Roads and Sewerage System at Bakhtyarabad District Sibi PSDP No: 1320/Z2026.0862 - Construction of BT Road Main Road to Jameer Khan Qalandran PSDP No: 1412 Z2026.2582 - Construction of Various Tuff Tiles, BT and PCC Streets at District Sibi PSDP No: 1321/Z2026.0863 - Construction of Bridge 100 RFT (30 RM) at Kodiwah Mall Road Tehsil & District Sibi (2026-2027) PSDP No: 1315 Z2026.0854 These works include rehabilitation, construction of bituminous roads, internal roads, sewerage systems, side drains, and bridge construction in various locations within District Sibi. The projects are substantial in scale and require adherence to technical specifications as per CSR 2026. Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC in relevant categories, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or deposit of 2% earnest money as specified.
