Construction of Car Parking Shed in front of Site Office at Malir Industrial Park

Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd located at Link Road Eastern Bypass (N-5 to M-9) Karachi is inviting reputed contracting firms to submit bids for the construction of a car parking shed in front of the site office at Malir Industrial Park. The project involves the erection of a tensile fabric car parking shed, requiring firms with PEC registration in category C-5 (CE10 & CE11) for the financial year 2025/26. The scope includes supply and installation of tensile fabric materials and related civil works at the specified site. Interested bidders must be registered with PEC and have relevant experience in car parking shed construction using tensile fabric. Firms should also be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Tender documents are available from 30th June 2026 during office hours upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,500 in favor of Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd. Sealed bids must be submitted by 1400 hrs on 15th July 2026 and will be opened at 1430 hrs the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
