Construction of CC Paver and Repair of Surface Drain at Hussain Belli Road from F.M Chowk to Bago Wah Pull Ward No.1 MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites sealed bids for the construction of CC Paver and repair of surface drain at Hussain Belli Road from F.M Chowk to Bago Wah Pull Ward No.1. This procurement is under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules and is open to firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and/or duly pre-qualified with the Procuring Agency. Items being procured: - Construction of pacca brick work in foundation and plinth - Cement plastering - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor - Preparing sub-base course with stone metal - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring - Cement concrete plain work - Providing and fixing MS tabular poles for solar street lights - Installation of 500W LED solar street lights with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and IP67 waterproof rating The technical scope includes civil works, electrical works, and solar street lighting installation. The site is located in Ghotki, Sindh. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration, FBR and SRB active registration, relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works, minimum turnover of Rs. 30 million over the last five years, submission of bid security of 5%, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted. The tender fee is Rs. 2000 non-refundable. Bids must be submitted electronically on the EPADS portal by 27th October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Original instruments for tender fee and bid security must be delivered to the Municipal Committee Ghotki office before the deadline. The bid validity period is 90 days. The contract duration is 24 months from the date of commencement. Earnest money of 5% of the tender amount is required in the form of call deposit, pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee.
