Items being procured: - Construction of Double Storey Office Building for Manager Technical (MAT) East and Construction of Carpet Road at Eden Abad, Lahore - Construction of Double Storey Office Building for Assistant Manager (Operations) Ali Raza Abad Sub Division and Deputy Manager (TAG) GSC1 at Eden Abad, Lahore - Development Works including construction of 11 KV outgoing feeder trenches, H-type trench, providing and fixing A.C's, razor wire, parking shed, construction of incharge rooms, re-carpeting of road at 132 KV Grid Stations Bhikhi, Nankana, Sheikhupura, Khanqah Dogran, Muridkey, Rustam, Shahdara New, Sheikhot, Malkpur, Narang, Ghazi New, Fort, Bhogiwal, Shalamar-II & Paragon City - Development Works including construction of 11 KV outgoing feeder trenches, providing and fixing A.C's, razor wire, parking shed, construction of incharge rooms, ramps, transformer way etc. at 132 KV Grid Stations Ex-Air Avenue, Mandi Ahmedabad, Askari-X, LEFO, Township, Chak-65, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Rewaz Garden, Sukh Chain, Dream Garden, Wellington Mall, Model Town, Shadman, Fruit Mandi & Defence Old - Development Works including construction of 11 KV outgoing feeder trenches, yard trenches, providing and fixing A.C's, parking shed, sewerage system, re-carpeting of road etc. at 132 KV Grid Stations Old Kot Lakhpat, Walton, Etihad Town & Depalpur - Development Works including construction of 11 KV outgoing feeder trenches, equipment foundations, providing and fixing A.C's, parking shed, water supply arrangement, sewerage system, re-carpeting of road etc. at 132 KV Grid Stations Mcleod Road, Chahmiran, LICI (P), Bataipur and Shalamar-I - Construction of 1-Set Cal-IV (D-Type) Double Storey Flats, Security Room, Separation Wall, Turfing, Parking Shed and Lighting Arrangement at Eden Abad, Lahore - Construction of 1-Set Cal-V (E-Type) Double Storey Flats, Installing Water Bore, Turbine and Construction of Turbine Room at Eden Abad, Lahore - Construction of 1-Set Cal-V (E-Type) Double Storey Flats, Overhead Water Tank, Laying Water Supply and Sewerage System at Eden Abad, Lahore - Construction of Brick Masonry Partition Wall at 132 KV Grid Station Etihad Town, Lahore The technical scope includes civil construction, electrical wiring, parking sheds, water supply, sewerage, and landscaping at various grid stations and office locations. Eligibility requires bidders to be construction companies duly licensed and renewed for the year 2026-27 or renewed for year 2025-26 with deposit slip for year 2026-27 by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified financial and technical categories. Bidding is conducted on a 'Single Stage One Envelope' basis as per PPRA rules. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA E-PADS Portal (www.epads.gov.pk) until 11:00 AM on 27-08-2026. Bid security in original must be delivered to the Deputy Manager Civil Construction Division GSC LESCO office by 11:00 AM on 27-08-2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day through E-PADS. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the original bid security amount as mentioned in the bidding documents is submitted physically and scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS, otherwise the bid will not be entertained. Also, performance security of 10% will be required after acceptance.
