Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) Lahore Cantt invites sealed tenders for various upgradation, maintenance, and construction works in Lahore and surrounding cantonments. The works include specialized maintenance and repair tasks at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Lahore and other miscellaneous civil and electrical works under ACE 4 Corps.
Items being procured:
- Upgradation and maintenance of 5 bed lifts at Block-3 CMH Lahore
- Upgradation and maintenance of 4 lifts at ACH, 2 lifts at Diagnostic Center, and 1 lift each at Specialist Block, A&E Emergency & Staff Surgeon at CMH Lahore
- Replacement of HEPA filters at 6th Floor Roof Top FAHU Roof Top Block 3 CMH Lahore
- Chemical dosing and de-scaling for Block 1 & 2 at CMH Lahore
- Miscellaneous sewing works, upgradation of external services, road work, boundary wall, deposit & FGEI building works under ACE 4 Corps
- Construction, repair, and renovation of miscellaneous building repair, electrical/mechanical, water supply and Sui gas works at CMH Lahore, Lahore Cantt, Pattoki and Chunian Cantt
These works require contractors with relevant experience and PEC registration in appropriate categories. Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents by 20 October 2026. Tender documents will be issued on 21 October 2026. Completed tenders must be received by 1130 hrs on 29 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hrs the same day.
Contractors should ensure they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and must provide relevant certificates. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory. Contractors listed in MES categories A, B, and C with experience in similar works are eligible to apply.
