Construction of Additional Classrooms at GGPS Koteri Kohat and Up-gradation of Emergency and Trauma Center at DHQ Hospital Kohat

The scope includes civil construction works for classrooms and comprehensive up-gradation works for the hospital emergency center, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS electronic procurement system following the single stage single envelope procedure for the classroom project and the single stage two envelope procedure for the hospital up-gradation. Earnest Money in the form of CDR and bid securities as per the specified amounts are mandatory. Firms must be registered with KPRA under the Finance Act 2013 and be active taxpayers. The technical and financial bids must be uploaded on EPADS, with sealed financial securities submitted via courier before the closing time.
