The Communication & Works Department Government of Punjab invites bids for the renovation of kitchen and electric works for 05-No. Hostels, Admin Block & D.G Block/Academic Block at the Child Protection & Welfare Bureau in Lahore. Items being procured: Renovation of Kitchen and Electric Works for 05-No. Hostels Admin Block & D.G Block/Academic Block Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Lahore The procurement will be conducted through the e-Procurement System developed by PITB and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The contractor must be enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27, holding PEC Category C-6 or above with the relevant specialized code CE-10 & EE-04. The contractor shall produce the original PEC license/certificate showing the relevant category and specialized code. The bid security shall be 5% of the DNIT cost and must be submitted through PSID as per e-Procurement System rules. No physical financial instruments including Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) will be accepted. Bids must be submitted online only by the specified deadline. The tender documents and terms are available on the official e-Procurement portals. The last date for submission of bids is 10 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders should ensure timely submission through the e-Procurement portal. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
