Construction of Clean Room/Biotech Laboratory at Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), Lahore

The Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), located at West Canal Bank Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, invites bids for the construction of a Clean Room/Biotech Laboratory. This comprehensive project includes multiple lots covering HVAC systems, clean room panels, electrical works, fire fighting, process/utilities works, civil and plumbing works, and furniture and mechanical works. Clean room panels include epoxy painted floors, PU false ceilings, sandwich wall/partition panels, and doors. Electrical works cover wiring, power sockets, lighting fixtures, distribution boards, cable trays, and fire alarm systems. Process/utilities works involve installation and commissioning of owner-supplied equipment such as air compressors, water storage tanks, vacuum conveyors, gas cylinders, and piping systems. Civil and plumbing works include sewerage systems, drainage, floor drains, septic tanks, and fabrication of fiber glass sheds. Furniture and mechanical works consist of stainless steel benches, lockers, cabinets, laminar flow cabinets, pass thru boxes, and wall-mounted mirrors. Eligibility requires registered contractors on the active tax payers list (ATL) of FBR with relevant PEC categories. Earnest money of 2% of the total tender cost in the form of CDR in favor of Director CEMB is mandatory. Bids can be submitted for all lots as a single package or individually. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal (EPADS).
