The scope includes construction of community centers, boundary walls, playgrounds, internal paths, streets, graveyard fences, and installation of solar systems for mosques across various villages in Khanpur and surrounding UCs. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board (LCB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for 2026-2027, attach CNIC, National Income Tax certificate, and submit bids with Earnest Money as per the tender documents. Bids quoting up to 10% below Engineer estimate require 2% bid security; bids 10-20% below require additional 8% security; bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount.
