Construction and Strengthening Works of Roads in Skardu Gilgit-Baltistan

The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan Communication & Works Department B&R Division Skardu invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced contractors, firms, and joint ventures under GBPRA rule 39(a) using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The procurement is for important road construction and strengthening works in Skardu city, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Construction of Link Road at Skardu (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4.236 Million) - Strengthening and introduction of modern sector of GB including establishment of semi Re-circulating aquaculture system (RAS) at Model Trout Complex (METC) Hosho Skardu (Estimated Cost: Rs. 11.643 Million) - Construction and metalling of link road Mangar, Siopia and other Halqa-II Skardu (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.932 Million) These works involve civil construction and road metalling activities at various locations in Skardu. The projects aim to improve road infrastructure and introduce modern aquaculture systems to support local development. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration with relevant category/code for the works, be registered with FBR and ATL, and provide earnest money as bid security as specified. Tender form cost is Rs. 4000/- or Rs. 8000/- depending on the lot. The bids must be submitted by 22nd October 2026 before the specified times for each lot.
