Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope System as per KPPRA Rules 2014 for the construction of an Office Complex, Category-II residence, and Category-IV residence located at Shami Road, Peshawar. This tender is open to PEC registered contractors/firms with valid provincial enlistment and registration with KPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26, possessing sufficient experience in the relevant field of works.

The project involves civil construction works at the specified site with an estimated cost of Rs. 195.555 million. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through the EPADS portal by 26th October 2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 am at the Forest Complex, Shami Road, Peshawar. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later after evaluation.
Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in category C4 & above, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of 2% bid security in the form of CDR along with an affidavit regarding the original CDR. A non-refundable fee of PKR 5000/- is payable immediately after advertisement publication. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16th October 2026 at 3:00 pm at the Forest Department Conference Room.
Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are correctly uploaded on EPADS, as incomplete or illegible submissions will be rejected. Subcontracting is not allowed and any violation will lead to contract cancellation and blacklisting. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders with reasons communicated upon request.
