Construction of Community Based Solar Tubewell at Kharmatu District Kohat

Kohat Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors renewed for the financial year 2026-27 under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure via E-PAD system. Items being procured: - Construction of Community based solar tubewell at Kharmatu in District Kohat - Drilling of Trial Boare - Conversion into Tubewell - Construction of Pump House Diggi - Construction of boundary wall This project is funded under CSR Funds (2025-26) provided by MOL. The scope includes drilling, solar tubewell installation, and civil works for pump house and boundary wall at the specified site in Kohat. The estimated cost is Rs. 6.817 Million with a 2% earnest money of Rs. 136,340 required. PEC specialization codes CE04 full or CE04(v) or CE09 full or CE09(ii) are mandatory for eligibility. All bidders must have valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bids must be submitted electronically on the E-PAD system before the deadline of 16 October 2026 by 12:00 Noon, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Original call deposit of 2% bid security must be submitted before closing time as per KPPRA Notification No.SRO(29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26 dated 29 October 2025. In case of public holiday or force majeure, the tender will be opened next working day at the same place and time.
