Solarization of Existing Pressure Pump at Tehsil Koroona Near DC Office Tehsil Karak

The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Banda Daud Shah District Karak invites sealed tenders for the solarization of an existing pressure pump located at Tehsil Koroona near the DC Office Tehsil Karak. This procurement is part of the Karak Area Development Project (KADP fund) for the financial year 2025-26. All documentary evidence must be submitted and uploaded along with the bid. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 0.80 Million with a bid security of Rs. 16,000 (2%). Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADs by 12:00 hours on 02-11-2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours at the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah. Bidding documents are available on the EPADs portal (http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Physical/hard copies of tenders signed by the submitting contractor/firm must also be submitted in the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah by the due date and time. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of TMO TMA Banda Daud Shah at 0.03% of each scheme as documentation fee. Bidders are advised to ensure all required documents including PEC registration, local council board enlistment, CNIC, KPRA registration, and tax details are uploaded and originals presented at bid opening. Bids quoting more than 10% below the engineer's estimate must submit additional security as specified. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per PPRA rules.
