Construction of Community & Sports Complex at Barki Road, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the construction of a Community & Sports Complex at Barki Road, Lahore. Items being procured: - Construction of building and infrastructure development - Civil Architectural works - Plumbing works - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works - Deployment of all necessary Material, Labor, Formwork, Tools & Machinery The scope includes comprehensive construction and development works covering approximately 162,375 square feet. Applicants must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and meet the required PEC category C-A. Prequalification proposals must be submitted on or before 18th November 2026 via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Proposals received through any other mode will not be considered.
