The Office of the District & Sessions Judge Sialkot invites bids for the installation of 08-KW Hybrid Solar Systems (Off-Grid) specifically designed for Ladies Bar Rooms at Judicial Complexes located in Sialkot, Sambrial, and Daska. This procurement is aimed at enhancing energy sustainability and providing reliable power solutions for these judicial facilities. Items being procured: - LOT#1 Sialkot: 08-KW Hybrid Solar System (Off-Grid) for Ladies Bar Room, Family Complex, Sialkot with complete installation and commissioning (1 unit) - LOT#2 Sambrial: 08-KW Hybrid Solar System (Off-Grid) for Ladies Bar Room at Judicial Complex, Sambrial with complete installation and commissioning (1 unit) - LOT#3 Daska: 08-KW Hybrid Solar System (Off-Grid) for Ladies Bar Room at Judicial Complex, Daska with complete installation and commissioning (1 unit) The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hybrid solar systems with all necessary components to ensure off-grid power availability. The systems must comply with relevant technical standards and be installed at the specified judicial complexes. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms, sole proprietors, contractors, or companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C3 or above with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Joint ventures are allowed if the lead partner meets PEC registration criteria. Registration with FBR and active tax status is mandatory. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 93,844 (5% of total cost) through the Punjab e-procurement system. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement portal by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room, Sessions Court, Sialkot. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value.
