Construction of Control House Building, Internal Electrification, Water Supply, Electrical Equipment Foundations, Cable Trenches, Transformer Way, Switch Yard Fence, Approach Road at 132 KV Park Avenue Housing Society Grid Station

The Lahore Electric Supply Company LESCO (LESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of a Control House Building, internal electrification, water supply, electrical equipment foundations, cable trenches, transformer way, switch yard fence, and approach road at the 132 KV Park Avenue Housing Society Grid Station in Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. The scope includes excavation, cement concrete works, brickwork, reinforced cement concrete, plastering, tile laying, electrical wiring, installation of AC units, water dispensers, and approach road construction with bituminous carpet. Bidders must have PEC license category C-4 or above, relevant experience with works of similar size and complexity, and meet financial criteria including a minimum turnover of Rs. 230 million and a bank statement showing a closing balance of Rs. 30 million. The bid security is Rs. 6.2 million. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by October 14, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract duration is 300 days with a 10% performance guarantee required. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids and to blacklist bidders for non-compliance.
