Upgradation of Hipath 3800 PABX System and Restructuring of Telephone Network at SBP-BSC Hyderabad

The SBP Banking Services Corporation, Hyderabad (SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC)) invites sealed bids for the Upgradation of Hipath 3800 PABX system and Restructuring of Telephone Network at SBP-BSC, Hyderabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to upgrade the existing communication infrastructure at the SBP-BSC office located at Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Upgradation of Existing PABX System: OpenScape Business with Upgrade License for HiPath 3800 V7 (up to 384 Analogue Ports, 116 IP Extension Ports, 120 IP & Analogue Trunk Ports) - Shifting of PABX from 3rd Floor to 1st Floor SPU Room including 200 pair system side IDF with complete surge protection and punching tools - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25-Pair indoor cable from 1st Floor SPU Room to multiple locations including fabricated distribution boards - Relocating of 50-pair NTC cable from 1st Floor Trench to 1st Floor SPU Room with tagging - Supply and installation of 25-Pair Cable from Main Building DB to Annexe Residence - Supply of Digital Telephone Set OpenStage 15T (4 units) The technical scope includes upgrading the existing Hipath 3800 system with a reliable and advanced communication system, refurbishing the existing network wiring, installation of boards, trunks, in-house wiring, and tagging of pairs and telephone sets. All cable work should be concealed or surface mounted as per site requirements. The work will be executed at the SBP-BSC Hyderabad office with a contract duration of 120 days. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have experience in PABX supply/installation/upgrade works with at least two projects of Rs. 2 million or more in the last five years, financial capability of Rs. 0.9 million or above, and valid credentials as OEM, authorized distributor, or agent for the quoted equipment.
