The Buildings CW, PP&H Department District Tump invites sealed percentage tender based on Composite schedule of rates 2026, Government of Balochistan (G.O.B) amended up-to-date from interested Government Contractors/Firms who are newal for the year 2027 for the construction work listed below at Tump District Tump. Items being procured: - Construction of District Complex at Tump District Tump The tender fee is Rs. 1000/- deposited in shape of Green Challan in Head of Account (02726). Earnest Money is 4% with a time limit of 24 months. Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014 amended up to date. Eligibility of bidders requires assignments of two similar nature and complexity with turnover of at least 63,761,637 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of required bidding documents includes a valid Balochistan Revenue Authority registration and Pakistan Engineering Council C-5 registration. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of Bank Guarantee or deposit at call of 4% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
