One Stop Facility Public Facilitation Center of Supreme Court of Pakistan

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bids on a Single Stage Two Envelopes basis from reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid Registration Certificates in Category C-5 or above for the year 2026-27. The project involves the construction of the One Stop Facility Public Facilitation Center for the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Items being procured: - Construction of One Stop Facility Public Facilitation Center Bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA E-PADS 2.0 portal; no hard copies will be issued. Only firms registered on E-PADS 2.0 as vendors are eligible to participate through online E-PADS tendering. Prospective bidders must submit Bid Security / Earnest Money (CDR) as specified, payable to the Deputy Director Maintenance Division-III (SB), CDA. The bid security amount is Rs. 1,432,423. Bids must be submitted at least two working days before the opening date. Pay Orders are not acceptable. Bidders must upload scanned copies of certification for Original Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 for non-relationship with CDA. The bids will be opened on 13-11-2026 at 12:00 PM on the E-PADS 2.0 portal. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004 without assigning any reason. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder must submit a Call Deposit as performance security equal to the difference.
