Construction of Dow Institute of Medical Technology and Supply, Fixing, Installation & Commissioning of Grid Tied Solar Systems at Ojha Campus Karachi

Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposable System (EPADS) from well-reputed companies and bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Income Tax Department, Sindh Revenue Service Board, and Sales Tax. The procurement involves three main projects at the Ojha Campus, Karachi. Items being procured: - Construction of Dow Institute of Medical Technology (DIMT) at Ojha Campus - Supply, fixing, installation & commissioning of 450KW grid tied solar system at Warehouse, Ojha Campus - Supply, fixing, installation & commissioning of 500KW grid tied solar system at Seminar Hall, Ojha Campus The scope includes civil construction works for the medical technology institute and the complete supply and installation of grid-tied solar power systems at specified locations within the campus. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance standards as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration for relevant categories, FBR and ATL registration, and the ability to provide bid security and performance security as per the bidding documents. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi. E-bidding documents are available on the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ and the university website https://duhs.edu.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS before the closing time on 31-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
