Construction of Drain Sewerage Line and Black Top Road at Killi Ali Muhammad Aghberg Quetta

The Saddar CWPP&H Department Quetta invites bids for the construction of a Drain Sewerage Line and Black Top Road at Killi Ali Muhammad Aghberg Quetta for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Drain Sewerage Line - Black Top Road at Killi Ali Muhammad Aghberg Quetta The project requires experienced contractors with PEC registration C-6 and above (upto 25 million) in relevant categories CE09(i) Sewerage Works, CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works, CE01-(i) Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 3 years with 80% similar work and costing at least 75% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. The bidder must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation or nonperformance in last 5 years, and no failure to sign contracts in Pakistan or internationally. Bid Security of 3% of the bid amount must be submitted as Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 1,500 PKR. The last date for bid submission is 08 October 2026 by 12:00 PM, with tender opening at 01:00 PM the same day at the C&W Department Complex near Ayub Stadium Quetta.
