Construction of Drain, Streets, and Sewerline in Sialkot District

District Council Sialkot invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works in Sialkot District. The bidding is open to contractors duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and who meet all eligibility criteria as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Items being procured: - Construction of Drain and Slab Village Dheera Sandha Tehsil & District Sialkot (Rs. 1,600,000) - Construction of streets Village Jethike Tehsil Sambrial District Sialkot (Rs. 1,800,000) - Construction of streets Village Bhulla Tehsil & District Sialkot (Rs. 1,800,000) - Construction of streets Village Garbala Sayyedan Tehsil & District Sialkot (Rs. 1,800,000) - Providing and laying sewerline near Graveyard Village Adalat Garha Tehsil & District Sialkot (Rs. 5,081,000) The scope includes construction of drains, slabs, streets, and sewerlines in various villages within Sialkot District. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10-11-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the District Council Sialkot office. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities are not accepted. The successful bidder must also furnish a performance security of 5% of the contract price.
