Construction of Drainage System and Streets in UC Thekerian, Miana Chak, Panjan Kasana, Barnali, Khunan, Kullewal, Gunja and Village Chohan Tehsil & District Gujrat

The Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD) Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) for a development work project in Gujrat city. The procurement is for the construction of a drainage system and streets in Union Council Thekerian, Miana Chak, Panjan Kasana, Barnali, Khunan, Kullewal, Gunja, and Village Chohan in Tehsil and District Gujrat. Bidders must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and fulfill all eligibility requirements as prescribed in the bidding documents. The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 21-09-2026 at 12:30 PM. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 01:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Gujrat in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance Security equal to 10% of the contract price will be required upon acceptance of the bid.
