The projects are part of the Government of The PHE Khyber Pakhtunkhwa development plan for fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have valid provincial enlistment. KPRA active statement is required. Earnest money in the form of CDR (2% of estimated cost) plus additional security if applicable must be submitted before tender opening. The tender opening dates are 31-08-2026 for the first batch and 01-09-2026 for the second batch at 12:30 PM. Bidders should carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the single-stage single-envelope procedure. The procuring entity retains original bid securities until contract signing. Non-compliance with bid security requirements may lead to disqualification. All taxes will be deducted as per rules. A separate envelope must be submitted for each scheme mentioning the scheme name and including all required documents. The tender submission and opening will be conducted at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Charsadda.
