Construction and Installation of Sewerage and Water Lines in Saddar Town, Lyari Town, Hijrat Colony, and Shah Rasool Colony Karachi

Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites e-bids through the EPADS website of SPPRA Sindh for the construction and installation of new sewerage and water lines in various areas of Karachi including Saddar Town UC-1 to UC-7, Lyari Town UC-4, UC-5 & UC-13, Hijrat Colony, and Shah Rasool Colony. The scope of work focuses on the improvement of the water supply system through laying and rehabilitation of pipelines and construction of underground water tanks at pumping stations. Items being procured: - Provision for Construction and Installation of New Sewerage Lines and Water Lines Saddar Town UC-1 to UC-7 - Provision for Construction and Installation of New Sewerage Lines and New Water Lines Lyari Town UC-4, UC-5 & UC-13 - Providing and Laying & Improvement / Rehabilitation of PE Water Supply Pipe Line at Hijrat Colony and Construction of Underground Water Tank 01 Lac Gallon at Pumping Station in Clifton District South-B - Providing and Laying PE Water Supply Pipe Line at Shah Rasool Colony and Construction of Underground Water Tank 1 Lac Gallon at Shah Rasool Pumping Station Clifton District South-B The works require contractors with valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified categories and field specializations, along with valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and an active tax payer list (ATL) status. Bidders must have experience of at least two similar nature works in the last three years, with financial statements and income tax returns to be submitted. Bid security at 5% of the bid price is mandatory. Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS website https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. The bid submission deadline is 28-10-2026 at 02:00 PM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of the Accounts Officer, Room #06 Block-E Ground Floor 9th Mile Karsaz Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS portal.
