Construction of Durru to Ganshal Road and RCC Bridges at Lomati Dir Upper

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for important infrastructure projects in Dir Upper. The work period is as per the work order issued by the department. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013, and provide an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in litigation with the C&W Division Dir Upper. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit and the tender fee must be enclosed with the technical proposal. The bid security amounting to 2% must be declared in the technical proposal and financial bid to avoid disqualification. The last date for submission of e-bids is 12th August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders can obtain solicitation documents from the office or download them from the EPAD system. Post qualification documents are available for Rs. 5000 each (non-refundable) from the Executive Engineer C&W Division Dir Upper office.
