Extension of Passenger Platforms, Ballast Quarry Operation, and Steel Structure at Pakistan Railways Multan

Pakistan Railways Multan Division invites electronic bids for works under the Composite Schedule of Rates-2016 (Multan Division) & 2021-22 (Electric) for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope system (Technical / Financial Bid). Items being procured: - Extension of passenger platform No.1 (300' x 30' on SKO End) and platform No.2 & 3 (400'x35'-9' on both ends) and raising of existing 1'x600'x35'-9'x3' platform No.2 and 3 Jhang Sadar station yard on Shorkot Cantt Shaheenabad section - Operationalization of Shaheenabad ballast quarry by supplying, stacking ballast 2,000,000 Cft per annum 2 inch (50mm) size from Shaheenabad quarry to Railway SIDING at Shaheenabad Railway station (for a period of 5 years) - Providing 1x272'-7" Steel Structure Public Foot Over Bridge Cum Biker Bridge at Samasatta Railway Station Yard (KPR End) on KPR-LON Section The works involve civil construction, quarry operations, and steel structure installation at various railway sites in Multan. Bidders must have PEC category C-5 or above CE-10 for platform extension, C-4 or above CE-10 and EE-11 for quarry operation, and C-4 or above CE-02 & CE-10 for steel structure works. Bid security and completion periods vary per lot. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS V.2.0) by 12:00 PM on 03 October 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the chamber of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later.
