Tender Description
The Buildings Division Dera Ghazi Khan invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for rehabilitation, maintenance, and renovation works at various government offices in Dera Ghazi Khan city, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of Infrastructure at Police Line & Training Center in Punjab (ADP No.3072 for the year 2026-27) including installation of Sewerage System at PTS D.G. Khan
- Maintenance and Repair to Renovation Additional Deputy Commissioner (Social Services) Office at Dera Ghazi Khan
- Renovation Additional Deputy Commissioner (Enforcement) Office at Dera Ghazi Khan
- Maintenance and Repair to Renovation Additional Deputy Commissioner (Head Quarter) Office at Dera Ghazi Khan
The scope includes civil works for infrastructure rehabilitation and installation of sewerage systems, as well as maintenance and repair of office buildings. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement system and submit bids electronically. A 5% bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required. Performance Guarantee up to 10% of contract amount must be submitted within 15 days of offer letter receipt. Financial bids must quote item-wise rates as per PPRA Punjab Circular No.L&M (PPRA)10-1/2011/008595 dated 11.10.2024. Manual bids or physical instruments will not be accepted.
The tender closing date is 30th September 2026 before 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives at the office of the Commissioner, Dera Ghazi Khan Division. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-tendering instructions and ensure all documents are authentic to avoid disqualification.
