Completion time for most works is 3 months, except the NCNN development which is 2 months. Bidders must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in universities or large organizations, be registered with tax authorities, and not be blacklisted. Earnest money at 5% of the estimated cost is required for each work. Tender fees are Rs. 5000 per work.
