Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks and Rehabilitation Services by District Council Sujawal

The District Council Sujawal invites sealed tenders from interested contractors, firms, companies, and suppliers for various works under Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure (National Competitive Bidding). These projects are to be executed in District Sujawal, Sindh. Items being procured: - Provision & Fixing of Paver Blocks at Village Uris Temro UC Mughalbeen Taluka Jati (Estimate Cost Rs. 5,500,000) - Provision & Fixing of Paver Block at Village Mewo Khan Jamali, Chuhar Jamali Taluka Shah Bunder (Estimate Cost Rs. 10,300,000) - Rehabilitation of Special Needs of Differently Disabled Children of Moriro Markaz Sujawal (Estimate Cost Rs. 9,000,000) - Provision & Fixing of Paver Blocks at Village Bula Baran, Fuji Baran, Ahmed Baran, Nazeer Khaniero, Dargah Saleh Shah, Juman Aathlo, Abdullah Shaikh Sikander Mandhrio UC Gul Muhammad Baran Taluka Jati (Estimate Cost Rs. 16,000,000) - Provision of Al-Haj Syed Aijaz Ali Shah Sheerazi Fire Brigade with full equipments for District Sujawal (Estimate Cost Rs. 20,000,000) The scope includes civil works for paver block installation and rehabilitation services for special needs children, along with provision of fire brigade equipment. The projects have a completion period of 12 months each. Eligibility criteria require a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, documentary evidence of financial position including bank statements or audited accounts for the last 2-3 years, and annual turnover at least equal or twice the estimated cost. Registration with FBR (NTN) for Income Tax and Sales Tax is mandatory for goods procurement, along with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration for works and services. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration is also required as per tender notice. Bid security must be attached, and bids must be signed and stamped by authorized persons with authorization letters. Tender documents can be collected from the office of the undersigned upon payment of tender fee via pay order or deposit at call from any scheduled bank, or downloaded from the SPPRA website from 19-10-2026 to 02-11-2026 during office hours. Bids must be submitted with bid security in the form of pay order or deposit at call in favor of the undersigned by 03-11-2026 at 02:30 PM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 03:00 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be accepted. In case of holiday or unforeseen circumstances, bids will be received and opened on the next working day. In case of non-response, the tender will be re-issued from 04-11-2026 to 18-11-2026 and received on 19-11-2026 by 02:00 PM and opened at 03:00 PM the same day.
