Construction and Finishing Works for Multiple Projects by Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan invites sealed bids in two envelopes (Technical & Financial) from eligible firms licensed by the PEC in the appropriate category for various independent construction and finishing works across Punjab. The projects include construction, finishing, alteration, and renovation works at multiple locations with specified PEC categories and completion timelines. Items being procured: - Construction of 28 WCF Houses (Grey Structure and Finishing) at Kasur, Narowal and Jhang, Punjab (PEC Category: C5 and Above) - Finishing Works of Al-Khidmat Hospital at Vehari, Punjab (PEC Category: C4 and Above) - Alteration/Renovation and New Construction Works at Syed Modudi Institute Complex, Lahore (PEC Category: C5 and Above) - Construction of School Building at Ar-Rahma, Nankana Sahib, Punjab (PEC Category: C3 and Above) - Construction of Jamia Masjid Salma Niaz/Alkhidmat Complex (Grey & Finishing) at Alipur Chattha, Wazirabad (PEC Category: C4 and Above) - Construction of Sports Complex at Attock, Punjab (PEC Category: C4 and Above) These works involve civil construction and finishing at various sites in Punjab, requiring firms with PEC registration in categories C3 to C5 and above. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount is mandatory for all works. Completion periods range from 90 to 720 days depending on the project size. Bidding documents can be obtained from the HOD Procurement (Works), AKFP Meeting Room, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan (Headoffice), 3 KM Khayaban e Jinnah, Lahore, upon payment of Rs. 5000 for large works and Rs. 3000 for small works (non-refundable). Separate bids for each work are acceptable; combined bids for multiple works will not be entertained. Bids must be submitted at the given address by 02:00 PM on 24 October 2026. Bid opening will follow at 02:30 PM the same day with technical and financial bids opened as per the specified procedure. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10 October 2026 at 02:00 PM at the same address. Site visits may be arranged later if desired.
