Tender Description
Municipal Committee Chenab Nagar invites e-bids for the renovation and improvement of Chenab Park and Children Park located at Muslim Colony, Chenab Nagar. This opportunity is open to contractors and firms registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The project aims to enhance public recreational facilities and improve the overall environment for residents and visitors.
Items being procured:
- Renovation and improvement of Chenab Park and Children Park at Muslim Colony, Municipal Committee Chenab Nagar (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3,164,000)
The technical scope includes civil works, repairs, and upgrades to existing park infrastructure, landscaping, installation or repair of park amenities, and any other improvements necessary to uplift the parks to a modern standard. All works must comply with relevant municipal and safety standards. The project site is within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Chenab Nagar.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors/firms with valid registration under the Punjab Local Government Act, possess an NTN and PIN, and be listed on the FBR ATL. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required, to be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Municipal Committee Chenab Nagar. Bidders must submit their proposals exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-PADS) portal. No manual or paper bids will be accepted.
The deadline for e-bid submission is 24-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 120 days. For further details, bidders are encouraged to review the tender advertisement on the PPRA website and the E-PADS portal.
