Tender Description
The Mardan Forest Division under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites reputable contractors to submit e-tenders for the construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Kabghani, District Swabi. This procurement is part of the project titled 'Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Management and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-1'.
Items being procured:
- Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Kabghani (District Swabi) of Mardan Forest Division
The work involves civil construction activities for the fire watch tower, requiring contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above for the fiscal year 2025-26. Contractors must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Sales Tax, and Income Tax authorities.
Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-PADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration by 28th August 2026 till 02:30 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. No hard copies of the bid solicitation documents will be issued; all documents are available for download from the E-PADS portal.
A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 'Bid Security' before the closing date and time. Bids must be signed and stamped by an authorized person of the firm before uploading. All applicable federal and provincial duties, including KPRA taxes, will be recoverable as per government directives.
Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
For this tender, ensure your PEC registration is current and that you are properly registered on the KPRA portal to avoid disqualification. Timely submission on the E-PADS portal is critical to avoid rejection due to late bids.
