Construction of Fire Watch Towers in Malakand Forest Region-III

The Divisional Forest Officer of Alpuri Forest Division in Shangla invites reputed contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Sales Tax, Income Tax Authorities, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-6 category or above for the fiscal year 2025-26 to participate in the construction of two Fire Watch Towers in Malakand Forest Region-III. The project includes building a Fire Watch Tower at Kandow Lilownai East Compartment No.13 and another at Gul Sar Shang Compartment No.09, each estimated at Rs. 6 Million, totaling Rs. 12 Million. The completion time for both towers is three months. Bidders must be registered on the EPADs portal and submit their E-bids by 15th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the technical and financial bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. The bid documents are available for download on the EPADs platform, and no hard copies will be provided. The bid must be duly stamped and signed by an authorized person, and all applicable federal and provincial taxes, including KPRA taxes, will be recoverable as per government directives. Any manipulation or overwriting in the uploaded tender documents will lead to rejection. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in the specified category, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with KPRA rules. Earnest Money Deposit of 2% of the estimated cost is required.
