Construction of Flood Protection Works including Irrigation Channel, Check Dam and Canal Patrol Roads in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department is inviting bids from approved contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for the Financial Year 2025-26. The procurement involves construction of flood protection works, irrigation channels, check dams, and canal patrol roads in the southern districts of KP including Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, and D.I. Khan. Items being procured: - Construction Canal Patrol Roads along Additional District RD 00-Tail in reaches of Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan (Estimated Cost Rs. 10.00 Million) - Construction Canal Patrol Roads along Umray Wali Minor RD 00-Tail in reaches of Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan (Estimated Cost Rs. 2.00 Million) The technical scope covers civil works for flood protection including irrigation channels, check dams, and canal patrol roads. The work will be executed as per the approved designs and specifications under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Paharpur Irrigation Division. Contractors must have PEC registration in category C-6 and above and must comply with the required PEC project codes CE-04 (Full), CE-04 (v), CE-01, or CE-01(i). The bid security of 2% earnest money plus stamp duty is mandatory and must be submitted through scheduled banks. The procurement will be conducted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under a single stage single envelope procedure. Bidders must submit their bids online through EPADS before the closing date of 10th August 2026 by 1:00 PM. Late submissions or bids without required documents will be treated as non-responsive. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 3rd August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration, and experience in similar flood protection and irrigation works. Contractors are advised to carefully review the bid documents and ensure all required documents including CDRs and bid rates are uploaded correctly to avoid disqualification.
