Construction of Flood Protection Wall/Band for Rahmatullah District Khuzdar PSDP No 2833

The Irrigation Division Khuzdar invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a flood protection wall/band for Rahmatullah District Khuzdar under PSDP No 2833. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Protection Wall/Band for Rahmatullah District Khuzdar PSDP No 2833 with an estimated cost of Rs. 28,000,000. The project involves building a flood protection structure to safeguard the Rahmatullah area in Khuzdar district. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and have a presence in the Active Tax Payer List. The firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder should have completed at least one assignment of similar nature with a minimum turnover of 19.6 million PKR in the last two years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above is mandatory, with a relevant category and specialized code CE04(ii) for Irrigation & Flood Control Systems or CE04(v) for Irrigation only. Tender fee is Rs. 1500 and a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit call. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of the tender fee. The last date for submission of bids is 09 September 2026 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned located at Irrigation Colony Old Karachi Road Khuzdar. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Ensure all required documents, including bid security and registration certificates, are complete to avoid disqualification. Timely submission is critical as late bids will not be accepted.
