Construction of Guard Room at Madam Between Incoming and Outgoing Road of Jinnah International Airport Karachi

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the construction of a Guard Room at Madam Between Incoming and Outgoing Road of Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. This procurement is for civil works under contract number P109129 for the financial year 2026-27. The project involves construction of a RCC framed room with toilet facilities, including plastering, painting, electrical works, sanitary fittings, and installation of aluminium windows and MS panelled doors. Items being procured: - Excavation for foundation trenches and drains - Cement concrete works including 1:4:8 and RCC with reinforcement - Plinth beams, columns, lintels, slabs - Reinforcement bars - Terracing with cement concrete and aluminium foil - Solid machine made block masonry - Cement plastering - Floor beds and marble tiles - Glazed tiles for dado and skirting - Floor traps and PVC piping - Sanitary fittings including W.C. pan, lavatory basin, bib cocks, mirrors - Electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, ceiling and exhaust fans - Distribution boards and MCBs The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary for completion. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, have NTN and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and provide bid security as specified. The contract will be awarded through a National Single Stage One Envelope bidding process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all requirements including submission of bid security in original hard copy to the specified address before the deadline. The contract duration is 90 days from commencement. Performance guarantees are not required for this contract. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For successful bidders, contract signing and performance security submission will follow as per PPRA rules.
